I’m looking for an article I’ve seen online earlier but can’t find anymore.
You can email us at [email protected] with article description/picture. We can always try to make a re-order at an article at our suppliers. We will let you know the possibilities as soon as possible. 

Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices include 21% VAT.

Do I need an account to order online?
No, an account is not necessary, however we recommend you to create a U.S.P. Fashion B.V.  account. With an account ordering next time will go so much faster and you can check out your order history, etc..

I forgot my password or it doesn’t work.
Check the sign in page and select 'forgot my password', your password will be emailed to you.

Can I change my order?
No, once your order is been confirmed you can’t change your order anymore. This is due to immediate processing of your order.

Can  I cancel my order?
No, once your order is been confirmed you can’t cancel your order anymore. This is due to immediate processing of your order. You always have the option of returning your order once you receive it.

Can I return my order?
Yes you can, within 30 days you can return your order and get your money back. If you would like to exchange an article for another one (for example another size) you can order the articles you want and pay these articles separate and return the goods you want to send back. We will get you your money back asap. See delivery & returns

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay with iDeal, Creditcard, MisterCash, Dankort or Paypal. See more information at payment.

Is it safe to order online?
Yes, your information is safe with us, we will not sell you records to other parties. The payment at our webshop is secured by Buckaroo. More info at Privacy Policy

Which current do you use?
 All articles are in EUROS.

When will I be charged?
Once you confirmed your order you will be guided to the Buckaroo payment site and you will make your payment the way you choose. Please note that the order won’t be complete without payment. If you leave your order without paying you will receive an email reminding you to complete your order.

What’s my order status?
You can see your order status at your account page. If you didn’t create an account you will find the information in the email you received. You also receive a track & trace code to track your package.

When will by order shipped?
If you complete your order before 11.00 on workdays your order will be send the same day. Packages within the Netherlands are usually delivered the next day, please allow for max 48 hrs delivery.

Shipment within the rest of Europe will be between 2-5 workdays, rest of the world 5-12 workdays. See shipping information.

Can I change my address?
You can change your invoice and/or delivery address at your account but not anymore for any order that’s still open.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a track & trace code with your order conformation, including the address where you can track your package.

What’s the delivery time of my order?
If you complete your order before 11.00 on workdays your order will be send the same day. Packages within the Netherlands are usually delivered the next day, please allow for max 48 hrs delivery.

Please apply your return at [email protected]. We do our best to reply you within 24hrs on workdays with a returnform, please keep in mind public holidays and weekends. Please use this form to return your items. Within the Netherlands you can use a DHL servicepoint to return your items for free. See return policy 

Can I exchange any item?
You can return your order and place a new order for the items you want. Check return policy.

I have a complaint about Kultivate or something I bought.
