Right of Withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the product.
You do not need to provide a reason. Simply returning the item is not enough; you must first clearly notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email. Click the “Request a Return” button.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product(s) to us.
Refunds:
After you cancel your order, we will refund the full order amount (including original shipping costs if applicable) within 10 days of receiving and inspecting your return. Any return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Every return is assessed against our return conditions.
Returns restrictions:
- Items must be unworn, unused and in the original packaging with all the tags attached.
- Items must be clean, complete, and undamaged.
- Items must not have been washed, altered, or damaged.
- All original labels and tags must remain attached to the item.
- Items must be in a condition that corresponds to "normal fitting" – as you would in a regular store.
- If you want to return multiple items of your order, please return them in 1 package.
- Kultivate gift cards are not refundable or returnable.
- Kultivate reserves the right to refuse the return of your order when not meeting our return conditions.
