Refund policy
We hope you like your fresh Kultivate staple as much as we do. In case you aren’t completely satisfied with your order you are welcome to return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of dispatch. You can combine articles from more orders into one return. Don't forget, to include all packing slips in the box of your return! Returns without packing slips, cannot be processed correctly.
Items can only be returned for a refund. It is not possible to directly exchange your Kultivate order. If you wish to try a different size, color or style, simply return your items for a refund and place a new order on our website.

Please contact us before returning your item(s).
How to return within Europe*
1. Enter your return information here and get your return label. Your return is handled by Returnista. You can choose between different local couriers for you return package.
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and enter the reason why you're returning the item(s).
3. Choose your return method available for your country. Depending on your location you can drop off your order at the courier or schedule a pick-up.
4. If needed print your return label and attach this to your package.
5. Once your return has been received and processed we'll send you a return notification e-mail. Please allow 3-5 working days for refund to be received to your original for of payment once processed
Please follow the instructions below to return your order:
→ Place the item you wish to return in its original packaging. Make sure the item is unworn with all cards still attached.
→ Fill in the enclosed return form and add the completed form to your return shipment.
→ Drop off your parcel at a post office or parcel point of your choice. Make sure to send your return directly to the following address (this is the address listed on your return form):

→ Always ask for a proof of shipment or receipt with tracking number and keep it safe until we have processed your return.
* only available in the following countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, France, Monaco, Denmark, Spain, Finland, England, Ireland, Italy, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Rumania and Czech Republic. Outside these countries please use the Rest of the World return method.
Exchanges:

Returns restrictions:
- All returns must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of dispatch.
- Items must be unworn, unused and in the original packaging with all the tags attached.
- If you want to return multiple items of your order, please return them in 1 package.
- Kultivate gift cards are not refundable or returnable.
- Kultivate reserves the right to refuse the return of your order when not meeting our return conditions.
How to return - rest of the World
Returns from outside The Netherlands are at your own expense, however, if you chose PayPal as a payment method, you can request PayPal to refund the return shipping costs. Please note that this a service from PayPal and not from Kultivate. Find out more about the terms & conditions of this service here.
To return your order simply follow the instructions below:
- Place the item you wish to return in the original packaging. Make sure it’s unused with all the tags still attached.
- Fill out the return form that is included in your parcel and add the completed form to the package.
- Drop off your parcel at a postal service of your choice. Make sure you ship* your return directly to the following address (this is the address stated on your return form):

The Netherlands - You are responsible for returning any item(s), so always ask for a proof of shipment or a receipt with tracking number and keep it with you until we have processed your return.
- Once we have received your return we will process it as soon as possible. Please note this can take up to 30 business days.
* Please note if you're based outside the EU you will need to provide correct documents with your return shipment. In case of importing duties paid by USP Fashion, this amount will be subtracted from the return amount.
